Coaching & Mentoring
A shared practice of remembering, realigning, and returning to what matters.
There are moments when the old maps don’t work. When the roles, rules, or rhythms that once shaped your life begin to dissolve.
This is where we begin.
Coaching at The Purusha Center is not prescriptive. It’s a space to turn inward with support — to feel, to notice, to reorient toward what matters. To ask: What is trying to move through me now?
The people who find their way here are often in motion, not always visibly, but inwardly. Something is shifting. Something no longer fits. And something else, not yet fully known, is quietly asking to be lived.
We work with people who are:
-
Untangling relational patterns that once felt necessary but now feel false
-
Carrying spiritual or psychedelic experiences they don’t yet have words for
-
Standing at a threshold between identities, roles, lives
-
Facing decisions that require stillness, not strategy
-
Feeling the dissonance between who they are and who they’ve been trained to be
-
Seeking clarity that doesn’t bypass the body, the grief, or the complexity
Our coaching is ritual-based, somatically grounded, and deeply intuitive. It draws from depth psychology, Eastern philosophy, Jungian frameworks, and sacred traditions while being fiercely committed to present-moment reality and consent-based transformation.
This work is not always linear. It’s not always light. But it is deeply yours and we walk with you as you learn to trust it.
Creating the Circle Within
A ritual practice for wholeness

At the heart of our coaching work is a personal ritual we developed called Creating the Circle Within. This practice brings you back into connection with the body as guide, the soul as compass, and the moment as portal.
We use it to:
-
Cultivate embodied presence
-
Uncover patterns that keep you stuck
-
Navigate ancestral and relational wounds with gentleness
-
Make meaning from personal and spiritual experiences
-
Align your inner knowing with how you move through the world
This ritual creates the container for the coaching — so you’re talking through problems and experiencing a shift in how you relate to them.
