The Clinical Psychology doctoral program trains future psychologists through a distinctive integration of relational psychoanalysis, multicultural and liberation psychology, and depth psychology.

B.S. in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Sciences. This degree blended psychology with coursework in biology, chemistry, and neuroscience.  Directed a large, license-eligible graduate program with five clinical concentrations. Provided strategic oversight of curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation processes. Led compliance efforts with state licensure requirements (California BBS), Department of Education regulations, and institutional accreditation standards. Supervised faculty and staff teams, managed department operations and budget, and implemented program-wide systems for clinical training, data collection, and online pedagogy. Developed and institutionalized DEIB evaluation tools, and served as the university’s primary liaison for licensure-related matters. Contributed to institutional planning, faculty development, and cross-departmental leadership as a member of the Deans and Directors Committee.
